The caller claims I have received invoice with amount owed. I have not received such an invoice and don't believe I am overdue on any accounts. When asked to tell me what they are trying to collect for, I was asked for personal information I did not want to give. They continue to call and when I call them back I am put on hold and when someone is supposed to answer, I am told to leave information I don't have (invoice #) and number to call them back on.
