This is an "official" appearance letter (with some grammar and composition errors), claiming to have an unsettled life insurance policy with no known beneficiary and to be seeking a next of kin. The amount is claimed to be $4.2 Million US. The deceased is claimed to be James Stewart. The letter shows a "reference number" of MKB/CC=2017/-OWI-5041. The email addresses are: [email protected] and [email protected].

The letter asks for name, address, email, phone, occupation -- for "writing letters of claim". "It is important to keep your letter by yourself until we finalize your claim, this is very important."
