Special sale on Facebook, B1 Get One Free, Portable shelving storage unit. Gave tracking number, said it was being shipped from China air. Claimed to be a QVCsite. Eventually tracking said it was delivered, but never delivered. When complained via email, got a return email that said they were looking into it. Then said it was delivered.
