There is someone posting cars and other miscellaneous items on craigslist. I was buying a truck for from a "military woman" who was leaving for deployment from Utah. She then said she would ship the car to me within 3 business days and I would pay her the money through apple pay. Apple pay then sent me an email that looked very legit! Turns out they wanted me to send (three) five-hundred dollar iTunes cards. This woman even went as far as sending me military id and her military papers which is either stolen, identity theft or straight up made up! Right when I was actually stupid enough to fall for it because the apple pay email sent to me looked totally legit, I receive another email from a different military women with the exact same email responding to another car I was responding to for information also on craigslist.com. "Hi I'm a military woman leaving from Utah. You get the rest." MAJOR SCAM!
