Candido receives social security benefits and poses as a handyman along with his girlfriend. He has done this before in Palm Springs until an undercover sting operation was conducted. He was released because he cooperated. However, he has been in Imperial County scamming people and currently lives in Mexicali. He doesn't live in Bermuda Dunes anymore. He receives his benefits at 78650 Avenue 42 Apt 219 Bermuda Dunes, CA 92203. Maria Mondragon is a relative that lives there and loans her address to him when he lives in Mexicali, Mexico. He crosses along with his girlfriend to scam people posing as a handyman and saying he is looking for work when he receives social security benefits. Hopefully ScamPulse.com can report him and work along other agencies to stop him from scamming other people. He requests a small deposit and states he is bringing his tools to start working. He shows up and starts working and then leaves. Then when someone reports him, he states that he was there at the job site and then makes a reason to leave and take people's deposit.
