Same experience. Offered an online position from Svenska from a Zoom profile of Maria Nyberg. This is a real Linked profile of a hiring manager for Svenska Cellulosa. I believe the profile is being spoofed for the scam. Was offered the position and told they were sending a check for office supplies. A huge red flag. I messaged the real profile on Linkedin

Employment Scam

Received a text from Riley Adams 205.851.8752 regarding a remote data entry position at Svenska Cellulosa AB located in Sweden. Zoom chat only, with hiring manager Maria Nyberg. No face to face interaction or phone interview. Offered a position. They want your W-4 and I-9 before you can speak to a real person which is a huge red flag.

Watch out for any employment offers from Maria Nyberg from SCA

Watch out for any job offers from the above named individual. I received a job offer to be a virtual assistant for Svenska Cellulosa AB. Mind you, the company itself looked great online. But with the help of my brother-in-law, here are the following red flags:
Only communication was via email and Zoom messenger
Issus with domain name and blocking of whomever created/owns the domain
Received job offer immediately after so called zoom messenger interview
Documents emailed requesting personal information to be emailed
Continual refusal to provide contact info for regional director assigned to me, so I can confirm validity of position
