Maria Marrero said she was with Cohen & Associates, called my cellphone number and said there was a criminal fraud case going to be filed against me if I don't call them and tell my side of the story. If I don't call them, all evidence will be forwarded over to the state for prosecution procedures.

The lady called myself, my brother and my mother looking for me. She said that I had a pay day loan that was not paid and that the company was going to sue me. She said since I did not give her a payment today I would have a uniformed officer come to my house to serve me papers. She also had my address and social security number
