The CFTC recognizes this as a very high risk tool and in the interest of its people, does not allow US based individuals Margin trading with leverage is a different financial product and therefore, it cannot be offered. Citizens of the U.S. cannot use these platforms that offer margin trading.
However Margex allows US based people to do so, it does not check the IP address to verify users locations, and allows access without security. Once accessed the platform is very unstable, the connection will drop every 45-90 seconds resulting in getting caught in trading positions not being able to close out. What is worse, is that when there is a winning trade, most often you cannot sell and the platform freezes until the profit is much lower, or more frequently turned into a losing position. When trying to close a losing position, the platform also freezes resulting in far significant greater loses and then when contacted about this, they say it's down to the users connection but it is not as all other trading platforms I use work with 100% reliability and accuracy.
This site needs to be shut down, I am amazed they can operate in the US like this freely when illegal to do so.
