I placed an online order on 12.25.22 for two Marc Jacobs purses. I learned of the site via Facebook and reviewed their location and return policy prior to placing my order. When I received my order the purses were entirely different from the ones I ordered. I contacted the store via email and was advised to send photos of the items I received. Once I did such, I received an email reading that they are located overseas and I would be responsible for sending the item back, therefore they suggested I keep the items and they would provide me with a 15% credit. I declined this offer and expressed their site reads they are located in Missouri- had I known otherwise, I wouldn't have placed the order. Additionally, the return policy reads the buyer isn't responsible for the fees associated with the return. I have asked multiple times for a pre-paid return label and confirmation I will receive a full refund, but the company has failed to provide either. The last email I received from them they requested I pay $15 freight via PayPal mailbox([email protected]) and I will then be reissued. I plan to connect with Chase today as well in hopes to receive reimbursement. I included our email correspondence, in addition to screenshots from their site and the items I ordered versus the ones received. However, I am unable to include the last email thread since I am only able to upload one file. Thank you.
