From Instagram, I had ordered two dresses. Upon delivery, they delivered only one. They then stated that it was coming from Hong Kong and it was delayed. I immediately told them I wanted a refund which they did refund the second dress. The other dress I immediately returned based on their return policy. After a month, they stated they had not received it yet. The Postal Service receipt had showed that it had been delivered within one week of being mailed. Then then reported and continued to state that they were working on it. All of this was by email. There was no way to contact or talk to a person. After two months, they stated that they needed another way to return the money. I provided my Venmo account and then they asked for my banking account and routing number. I let them know this is a Ludacris request. I placed a credit card dispute with my credit card company and the only way that I receive the money back through the credit card company.
