On Saturday, January 6th, I was contacted stating the crate the dog was sent to the delivery agent in was insufficient for flying. The travel agent requested $500 for a crate to fly the dog in. Per the agreement I signed, Hector was responsible for ensuring the crate the dog was delivered in was suitable for delivery. The travel agent refused to explain why.
I attempted to contact Hector multiple times via email and the phone number provided, with no response. Hector has $400 from me to ensure Moose was held, but to this moment he is shown as available.
The methods used were Zelle. They refused to allow me to send a check, they refused to provide a business license number, as well as other pertinent information to exemplify this was a legit business. The breeder and the delivery agent are committing fraud, and using misrepresentation, to entice people to send them money for dogs they will never send.
