I make a order on their website which looks very good, very good products but I didn’t receive anything form 1 month and a half. They don’t respond to my massages I think they have a robot.Its a scam for sure

Hello,
My name is Tofan Estera Laura and I did an order on 10 October. Now is 29 November and I did not received a product yet.I contacted them many time but nobody give me any answer. It’s a scam for sure.

The company Marbella Co advertised a buy one get one free on their website and as an add on facebook. I purchased two bags and picked my colors out. I paid with apple pay and then went to check my email confirmation and noticed only one bag was listed. I immediately (within 24 hours) contacted their customer support email asking about the situation and requesting cancellation if the order didn't have 2 bags in it. I did not get a reply until 8 days later. The person that emailed me back stated that there was only one bag on my order and there isn't any way to refund me or for me to return the bag since it has been processed and was out of the 24 hour window.

Fell for an add on instagram for a shoulder bag. Paid through instagram using debit card. Received confirmation email and tracking number but have not seen it move from NJ for a month. Initially there was an address on their website but now there is not. I have been in contact with them and they are making excuses and it definitely feels like a scam.
