The document is titled Vehicle Services Department, with an icon that looks similar to both Federal and State emblems at the top. It also says "Vehicle Document Alert. This makes it appear to be some sort of official Government business. Their actual name/address appears in very small print at the bottom right corner of the notice. Their intent is to get you to call for an extended auto warranty. I very much object to this fakery, which could easily lead some unsuspecting people to call them in a panic.
