Advertised clearance sale on Facebook for 32-Piece Dewalt power tool combo kit for only $68. Two weeks later delivered a small box of trinket tools: small screwdrivers, bits, guitar pick, etc. They have no address or phone number. Contacted them by email and they responded by saying they have various "pallets" of goods, and they randomly select which one you will receive, like a lottery. I told them I ordered the Dewalt power tools and didn't want the small box of trinkets they sent. They did not respond again. I told them I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting my credit card company to file a dispute charge claim. Since they are from China, I cannot file a complaint with BBB.
