I contacted the Seller numerous times about the order placed on 4/24/2020. They were emailed: 6/12, 6/23, 6/30, 8/5, 9/28 and 10/15. On August 5th, they said they could not cancel the order because they already shipped. I was out of town when the product was delivered and when I returned; I opened it only to find it was NOT the product I had originally ordered. I returned it with my OWN MONEY at $19.75 to get a refund of my original purchase. They have yet to respond.
