The scammer told me in order to delete my subscription for $472.60, I needed to log on to Awesun remote desktop website and download the app. She stated that I needed this website in order to download the cancellation form, otherwise I will be billed the $472.60. We did not get further than this because I have a Mac and it is not compatible with the AweSun download. The lady then referred me to her supervisor who called me from number (619)780-3699. He attempted to have me do the same thing (download the remote desktop app). I asked him to just email me the form and he said he would and "no worries, no worries". Both people had an Indian accent.
