Received a text message from a person claiming to be named Manuel Franco who won the Powerball jackpot for $768 million dollars and wants to give $100,000 to 20 random people. They then go on to request contacting their agent at a different phone number. I am not sure of the intent or what information they are trying to obtain

I got a random text message from an email. So I checked the text and it was some guy claiming that he was giving away free money from his lottery winnings. And he needs me to verify my info. It didn't sound right so I decided to report him instead I didn't give him any personalinformation. And I assumed that he'd ask for money. attached a screenshot of the text I received.
