They sell men’s jewelry that looks very nice on the website. Purchased a gift for my man for Valentine’s Day and paid extra shipping for two day service to make sure I got it in time. The money was taken immediately from my account. It is 3 weeks and I still have not received the item. I emailed the company and they keep giving the excuse that there’s a malfunction with their system causing items to say they’re in stock when they’re not or they’re not in stock when they are and that their system canceled peoples orders when the orders aren’t really canceled. Emailed again because two weeks past and still item wasn’t received now they’re saying the malfunction with the system was taking a bit longer than expected to get completely resolved and the team is working with the warehouse teams to try and get it resolved asap so the shipping can go back to normal. They gave me a code to use on a future order as “a token of their apologies”… Why would I try to purchase something else if I still haven’t received the first thing that I tried ordering?? This is complete BS because if that’s the case there’s no disclaimer right now on their website saying that their system is down and they can’t fulfill or ship orders. They’re still allowing people to purchase things from their website and I still haven’t received my item yet. At this point, I want my money back because this is ridiculous.
