2020 was really hard year to find someone to repair pool. I found Manny on Facebook page: Manny pools and Spa, LLC I reached out to him by phone and he came to my residence to [censored] what needs to be done. My track that holds liner was falling down. He said I have walls from plywood and that he will use steal panels to reinforce walls and he charged me $4500 got proposal and worked on my pool while I was at work. When I got home the pool was almost closed just needed to fill in with water and he said the pool will over live me. This season June 2021 I opened up the pool and the liner was completely down and called him. He said he fixed walls but I need new track and new wood that holds the track took from me $1700 dollars for new material and he said he will come fix it. I found him in my backyard with his wife who was cleaning my existing track to put back and he was using crown molding to put over existing rating wood and when I question him about last year fixing he said he did walls and that he needs new screws that he got bad one and he left. Few minutes later he text me that his wife is not feeling good and that he will be back later. Than I checked the walls and I realized that he never reinforce my walls because they were made from cement and not plywood. He took money and just pulled my liner back to existing track and now did not buy any new material just was using material as left over from some kind of construction project. I confronted him about everything and he said he will give me money back but that never happened and I never heard from him again. I am filing now criminal charges through local police, and also through Attorney general and county. I am working with another pool company and because he drained my pool I have to replace now even my liner so now I have extra expenses.
