I thought I was purchasing a Corgi puppy from a breeder at mannpembrokewelshcorgi.com for total cost of $880.00 They asked that I wire the money to a Gray Harrison in Virginia. I did that from Walmart in Palmyra Maine. I had to go back as the first name had to be corrected because he emailed and said they would not give him the money because the first name was spelled wrong. the puppy was due to be shipped 8-2-2021 by RK Logistics. they contacted me by email and said the crate the breeder dropped him off in was not the proper kennel for shipping and I would have to pay another $990.00 for the proper crate. I did not pay that and contacted the breeder to cancel the sale. I have a signed contract and he said my refund would come at the end of the month as he had already spent the money. I have not heard back from the breeder and have filed a police report in Maine and this was my next step.

We tried to purchase a puppy but after the supposed shipment, the guy asked for more money for shipping and other things.
