I ordered 2 chairs from, what I thought was QVC, I paid $49.95 for them and received a confirmation number and everything on 4/21/23. On 5/16/23 I emailed [email protected] stating I didn’t receive my chair. They offered to expedite the order. I also asked them to confirm the home address they had on file for me and the confirmation wasn’t answered. They gave me a new tracking number. I followed it, and it showed delivered in some other city. I requested a refund. They offered to give a 60% refund and told me to find the chairs at a local store. I told them no. They offered 70% and for me to find the chairs at a local store. Again, I answered no. I asked “why would I accept anything less than what I paid for?”. They haven’t answered. There wasn’t a phone number attached or anything. Everyday a different person responded to my emails.
