I am just going to receive my masks on May 6th. I ordered mine on April 10th through Walmart. It seems to be that it's the shipping service, but we will see, today is only May 3rd. I will be back to let all of you know, what the outcome is.

Ordered two boxes of masks on April 13th, still waiting. Went to Walmart , who said call Walmart.com. Called Walmart.com who left me on hold for an hour with no one to talk to. This is April 27th and no masks and no refund. Walmart supports scammers such as Mancro. George B

My experience with Mancro was exactly the same as others have mention. I even emailed him and he tried to claim the shipping system had not updated. Well after a few more days I finally sent a message to WalMart Corporate Headquarters on line. They were very professional and I am receiving a full refund. I’ve also been informed that Mancro’s account to sell through their website has been suspended. Ned Li from Mancro even acknowledged he has been suspended and I needed to contact WalMart for my refund. Hope this helps others.

This company is nothing but a scam. Here our country is facing uncertain times. While this company is ripping us off and adding hardship to many. Walmart should take more pride when it comes to the companies they deal with. I ordered 3 ply disposable masks 100 pc ct ( item # 449964082 ) on April 3rd. Have tried 3 times to contact them with no reply. They took my money and I have no masks. Beware do not order from Mancro. They're nothing but a Scam.

My advise is to only order through the website if it says shipped by WalMart. I send an email to WalMart Corporate Office through their website and I received a full refund.

I ordered face masks April3,2020 on Walmart.com. Walmart stated in stock delivery by April 13. Ordered them April 3 recieved shipping email,then nothing.I have tried repeatedly to contact them through Walmarts website but,no response.They took the payment out of my acct. and come to find out never shipped masks.After checking further I found out that alot of people who thought they were purchasing these from Walmart's website are having the same issue. The company states their business name is Mancro but they are not.I will be pushing Walmart for a full refund and Walmart needs to check out these" sellers "they are allowing to scam people on Walmart's website.

WalMart has suspended Mancro’s account. My advise is to only order through the website that are shipped by WalMart. Contact WalMart’s Corporate Office through their website. I did and I received a full refund

My mom ordered face mask on Walmart.com, the order says delivered on April 13 but nothing was actually delivered. Can't get a hold of Walmart.com customer service, so sent them an email on their site. Of course have not heard back from them and I can't find a number for the Mancro company, while looking for one found lots of complaints against the company and this forum. Looks like her money is lost.

I ordered a box of gloves on April 5, 2020 through Walmart by a company named Mancro and my order has been “lost in shipping” and I got a msg that I would get an email it’s the refund details. This company is a HOT MESS & not sure if they are legit bcuz I’ve been shopping at Walmart for over 30 years now & have NVR NVR EVER come across some shady mess like this. I will be calling Walmart for a FULL REFUND RIGHT NOW. In times of desperate NEED we don’t need ANY kind of thieves ANYWHERE in this world & I will try my hardest to MAKE SURE nobody else buys his BOGUS BS products. We ordered masks back in March for delivery by 4/13/2020 never received called left messages sent emails no response. I hope WalMart quits doing business with this company as they are giving Wal Mart a bad name..

Ordered 20 of their face masks on April 6, Suppose to be delivered to me April 15. Still waiting. According to Walmart's tracking site they are sitting in the United States Postal Service Distribution Center in Carol Stream IL. Have tried contacting Mancro 2 times via Walmart's website. No response even though Walmart indicated that I would get a response the next business day. Good thing I put my order on my credit card because I will NOT pay this charge and will be disputing the transaction as soon as my bill arrives.
