A normal is recorded without the telephone even ringing notifying you that there is a delivery scheduled between the hours of 9 and 4 and for you to return the call. Upon returning the call you are forwarded to an individual that bullies you into believing you owe money to a company. This woman tried to inform me that I owed money from a pay day loan service back in 2012 that I never utilized. I also asked her if this was included in my bankruptcy proceedings in 2012 if i owed them money even though i never used a pay day loan service in my life. Said there was a system error and the company do not call registry was messed up all of a sudden, claimed a cease and desist notification was submitted and I'd no longer be contacted. This was about a month ago, today I received the exact same call from the exact same individuals. Again with the same info that there was a glitch in their system and they're updating records AGAIN. I don't owe any company money and I don't know if the company information is even legitimate as they REFUSE to provide you with any company information at all but are trying to get you to pay a debt for xxx amount of dollars or you'll be summoned to court.
