They pose as an affordable insurance option, they claim to cover all preventive medical. I had to pay over 1,000 for eye exams, and over 1,000 for well child check ups because they didn't cover one red cent. I also had to pay for a mammogram when I got diagnosed with cancer because they wouldn't cover any of that either! When you call this place, every single one of them says that they are third party and cannot help with whatever issue you are calling about. You can't even get the right person to cancel your subscription! Not one person was helpful, they had NO problem taking our money, and no problem not helping, and no problem completely screwing us over completely.
