I ordered from this company on December 22, 2019. About 3 days later, my items shipped and I got a notification saying so. A month went by and still no shipment was received. They do not respond to any emails. I messaged them on social media and someone said they could not track the package, but would get back to me the next day. No one got back to me and now they're ignoring me entirely.
