Stated that the stroller was half off and even received a shipping number stating my order was processed. The tracking number was invalid and once tried to contact their customer service, there was no response. Now the website is gone and the email says it’s not valid.

I got the link for the website from facebook that advertised big sale on a stroller. I clicked on the link and then went then i opened up the site directly. It had the secure symbol for the website so i thought it was legit. So i ordered the stroller 6/23/2019. I received order confirmation and then two days later shipment confirmation email with tracking number that did not work. I sent email to ask for correct tracking number but no response.

I purchased 2 strollers from this site that came to a total of $180 CAD. but sold in US dollars. Never arrived. Tracking number provided does not work (coming from Hong Kong?) And when I sent several emails requesting verification, never got any response. Please help other people not be tricked into this. I've seen the same foldable stroller on social media under different company names as well.
