Shocks were purchased via the website, mammothracing.com

Parts were never shipped and after 6 months still have never arrived.

Attempted contact with mammoth racing to which the email was returned saying it does not exist. The website has also since been taken down and domain name is no longer in use.

I ordered parts that were never delivered. I have reported with FTC.

This is nothing but a front to take money from people.

The company never sends a tracking number and customer service doe s not answer calls just emails or texts.

When I reached out a week after "confirmation of my order" for my tracking info they told me it would be sent asap but it was never sent after a week or talking to 4 differnt people.

they just kept telling me " it shipped" so i canceled my order adn asked for a refund with a very generic automated answer once again

I ordered a product online, paid for item with my credit card. After several days of no tracking information I called and they will not answer the phone, they only reply through text and they are constantly giving me the run around with no direct answer. I demanded a refund and got a confirmation that my order was canceled and I still do not have a refund. I see there are several complaints when I search their name on the ScamPulse.com site, I will also be pressing this as theft though my bank and local sheriffs office.

I was looking for a pulley kit for my car came across a company that said 2-4 days shipping and the price was right in line with most other companies about $20 cheaper. I went ahead and bought it, realized my shop pay was sending it to the wrong address so reached out to cancel that order 11/4 and reordered the same day to the correct location. On 11/9 I reached out to see where it was As it was supposed to show up on the 8th according to the website. I was told they would send me a tracking number within 48hrs which I was not pleased with. Told them that and they said they'll get it to Me quickly. 48hrs later, still no tracking number still no product. I reached out they said they'll get me the tracking asap which it's been 3 days later and they still haven't. I then went to my bank app and realized the funds on the 4th they took for the cancelled purchase still hadn't been sent back and it's the 13th of the month now and I still haven't received an item or a refund on the first cancelled order. I reached out and they said ok so cancel the order and when I said that my first cancelled order still hasn't been refunded so what good does that do me they said press 1 for cancel. It's clearly a scam at this point and this website needs shut down. I found a whole Reddit thread with users saying the same thing has happened to them.

The website appears on the surface to be legitimate (https:) but they do not provide tracking information and never ship the product (especially within the two days they state).

Tried to purchase some 4x4 suspension parts. The website stated that orders would ship in 1-2 days. I emailed a week later to ask if the order had shipped and they said it would ship by end of week. I asked the next day and they said it showed shipped, so I asked for a tracking number. They have yet to provide a tracking number and only offered to cancel the order when I asked for a tracking number. All positive reviews of this website appear to be fake accounts.

Purchased a product off their website, they would not give me a shipping date. I kept asking and they still would not give me one and kept asking if I wanted to cancel (even though I never alluded to it). Their Instagram looks like it was a spam page and then they bought it or rebranded it. When looking up the domain, it has only been active since April.
