He scammed my 74yrs old father suffering from dementia. Promising to send a puppy that we thought would be key in helping not only his dementia, but also his PTSD (Vietnam Vet), and his severe depression after losing his wife of 25yrs as well as Bella, the female Shih Tzu they had for 13yrs.
As soon as I sent him $600 out of my father's Social Security money, we haven't heard a peep, and he(Malvin) has taken down his website..

I was searching the internet for a shihtzu puppy and found a cute one here. I Apple paid $600. And on the day she was to be shipped they emailed me that the delivery service needed me to pay a $1500. Refundable insurance coverage. I said no. They had not told me that and it is no where on there website.

And they refuse a refund.
