I made a purchase on Mallflashsale.com. I did not receive a confirmation email for the item that I purchased from the seller only from PayPal. I immediately attempted to contact the seller and the number listed was not a good number. I google the merchant and to my surprise there were many others who had been deceived by this seller. All stories are the same, they shipped the item via UPS and provide bogus tracking information. The weight of the item(s) shipped never reflects the the same as the item(s) purchased. In my case they used FedEx. The tracking information provided in the tracking did not immediately appear, but the next morning, there was a detail description of tracking. The form says that there is a direct signature required that you should be able to see. None appears on the proof of delivery form submitted to PayPal and that appear on FedEx's site. In filing a claim, it is sent to a company that has an "F" rating also with the BBB. Patrons state that they are either unable to get in touch with someone or the person they speak with states they are going to get the ball rolling on looking into it and they never hear from them again. This leads me to believe that this is an inside job. The individual is able to go in and create bogus information to try to solidify the order. There is also the name of a person who signed the item. I googled the name to find a person who lived in the surrounding area. Come to find out the person is recently deceased.
