They advertise merchandise on tiktok as a $4 sale to lure you in. Once you place the order using a credible pay source. When you try to go back to the website it doesn't exist. They have my name, address and email information.

I ordered a jumpsuit on 2/13/2024 and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to them several times and their only response is that they’ll look into it. I finally emailed them asking for a refund which they responded “

We acknowledge your request for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.”

I purchased a jumpsuit from girluxe which quickly transferred over to malla fashion when I got my “tracking number”. Ordered on Feb 23 and it is now March 29 and I still haven’t received anything. Tracking hasn’t moved. Emails are fake too.

I purchased four jumpsuit sets from a website Girlluxe. They provided tracking number. As I waited for the merchandise, I received an earring hook in a small plastic baggie from a warehouse in New Jersey. No indication on where it was from A month after purchase and odd delivery, the tracking information showed ‘Delivered’ in upper Marlboro Maryland (spelled incorrectly on the tracking information). The delivery address was in New Jersey. I emailed the company with proof of the tracking information. They responded to me from an email registered to ‘411glam’. I disputed with my bank. The merchant told me to wait. Today I received an email from ‘Malla Fashion’ sent from this address [email protected] stating a refund will be processed in 8-10 days. Multiple videos of people experiencing the same issue.

I placed the order on 2/16/2024 received confirmation my order shipped 2/20/2024. The tracking information provided was not accurate because the items never shipped. Their customer service responds days later acting like their trying to find a resolution and in actuality their not. Scam.

This scamming company name was Girluxe this morning now it’s called Malla. They never ship the product. You’ll receive an AI generic response as if they care and working on getting your order to you. I have to contact my financial institution for a refund. When the price is too good to be true it’s a SCAM. Stand clear of this company and others like it.

This exact same thing happened to me. First it was girluxe now it’s malla and the emails are all worded very similarly.
