My 18 year old daughter and her friend were walking out of the mall and a young, black male walked up to them. He had sores all over his hands and face. He told them he was trying to get enough money to get a building for his new, small business. He said the makeup products in the bag were originally $100 but they could have it for $20. He also offered them a bath bomb bag which they did not purchase. As soon as my daughter got home she showed me the products. The bag and outer packaging was Brookburg and Co. and the makeup palettes were makeup/makeover essentials. None of the packaging looked tampered with and professional.
