I have purchased a logo from this website and my card was charged $9.94 by MSP*MakeLogoOnlineFree Alicante NLD. However, I never received a digital download of the purchased logo. My attempts to download the logo from the website have been unsuccessful. They suggest on the website to wait for the download to complete as the timer counts down 5 minutes. However, the timer constantly resets back to 5 minutes after the time is up and the download never happens. In addition, the FAQ section of the website suggests a link to the download is emailed to the purchaser. I did not receive that email either.

I contacted support via email outside of business hours explaining the issue but I only got an autoresponse saying the email was received and that they would contact me as soon as possible. However, they never followed up. I also wanted to contact them via live chat which is present on the website but it says they have not been active since 9/14/18 and today is 9/18/18.
