I placed an order with this company on feb 7th 2023 for multiple gifts for valentines day I paid for express order processing as recommended valentines came and went and still no email telling me status of order. I have emailed company 12+ times with one generic response that they are working on it with no explanation of when my order will be shipped or any further status on it

Here is the transition on 1/31/23 from Los Angeles CA Make It Mine for $24.08 from my bank account. They are using Facebook as their main advertising to bribe consumers for a holiday pop box guarantee delivery on time and people are paying extra to rush delivery and still not getting their products. They have a generated email for customer service and they said all sales are final and you won't get a refund. I still haven't received anything and it's going on March for a Valentine's day card. Ridiculous. Facebook Make It Mine has 500 angry customers just on one of their posts. Someone needs to stop this scam and advertising on Facebook.
