Appeared on an ad on instagram.

When you order through their website they offer a lot of promotions and add ons such as free shipping, vip processing, and “money back if not satisfied” offers, which all sounds promising. However when you already pay for it, they will email saying that there is a glitch on their system, and they did not charge extra for priority or express shipping in mail, in an attempt to get more money from you.

Also they have a lot of loopholes on their policies. When I knew that my order was not going to arrive on time for the event, I asked to cancel my order and get a refund instead. But without my consent, they went ahead and initiated to ship the product instead of canceling my order and refunding my payment. Then when I received my order, I got a box with a dollar worth of product. Nothing like as advertised on their website. And since they don’t have a return policy, I argued that even if they don’t have a return policy they do post it on their website that they have “happiness guaranteed or your money back” which they again argue that it only applies for certain products—which I did order but never received. And so I wouldn't be able to get a refund, because they never mailed me the product that I can contest to get a refund for. They also always argue that it must’ve been a glitch on their system, but would not do anything to fix the problem or compensate for their incompetency.

Their support/email customer service team sounds very professional, and very nice but do explain things in a general manner to avoid getting questioned or caught that their products are a scam.

Absolute worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a valentines day present about 4 weeks ahead of time, and now, two weeks after valentines day, still haven't received it. When you message or call customer service, they say sorry, these are custom and no refunds will be given, and we will send you your product when its done. Going on 2 months now since I ordered, and still no deliveries have been made. Very poor experience, do not use this company.

The company had ads all over for Valentine’s Day. I placed my order on the 8th of Feb. and then on the 12th that the order was being prepared and have heard nothing since. I have tried to email them a couple of time with no response back. The order stated guaranteed delivery but Valentine’s Day came and went. There are hundreds of comments on how this is happening to everyone now and no one can get a hold of the business. I lost $135.

I ordered a personalized Valentine's Day card/ gift for my family members, using personal family photos. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I received a notice that it was preparing for shipment on the date it was supposed to arrive by. It then was apparent that there was no way it would arrive in time, let alone close to Valentine's Day. I have emailed to inquire about its status several times, both on their website and from my own email. Their website has since taken down the contact phone number icon so I can't speak with anyone. No one has returned any of my emails. Now the tracking number keeps erroring out and does not show where my parcel is. It is now over 2 weeks since I purchased and I have not heard from anyone from the company.

After not arriving in time I did some research online and found that 100s of others are in my same shoes with many showing

"shipping label created" (see images) with no additional shipping info provided. Many of us have reached out to the company only to get no correspondence. I made an order on January 15th for Valentine’s Day. The website said it was 5 business days to ship. However, I haven't heard anything for quite a while. I reached out the first time on January 27th was told to give them a bit more time. I waited a while longer and, nothing, no response and no answers. I finally went through PayPal to dispute it and try to get my money back. I just don’t want anyone else to lose their money.

This company will confirm your order and then you never hear from them again. They do not respond to email, have a fake chat button on their website, if you message them on social media outlets they come back with "receiving technical issues and arent able to respond", if you post a message on their post - they delete it. Have filed fraud with bank.
