On February 25, 2022 I ordered a pop up picture box online, with priority shipping. Before confirming my order I was asked did I want to upgrade my order and add a gift box set. I clicked “No Upgrade” but they still upgraded my order, which cost me more money. I immediately looked up a phone to call them, so I can cancel that upgraded gift box set. The only means of communication was through email. So, I emailed them and only received an automated response. That was 10 days ago. As days went on I was getting concerned because I haven’t received an email stating that my package had shipped. On March 3 I finally received an email stating that my package was being processed. March 4 I received a tracking number and email stating that USPS was awaiting my package in Covina,California and that two days ago. My package still hasn’t been shipped!! DO NOT order from this website!!!!!! I wish I would have looked on ScamPulse.com before wasting my money, thinking I was going to get my pop up picture box.
