Company ran fake ads for product. After I placed I noticed several different companies offering the same product (in this case a c17-piece ceramic dinner set they claimed was special purchase 70% off for $29.90. They send email confirming order with picture of item. They then ship a cheap costume jewelry ring. When you complain, first they ask you to check with the post office. Second complain, they say they are sorry you are not happy. Thye will give you 20% refund but you have to sen the package back, which costs more than what you paid for the item. We went back and fort and they just kept offering a bigger reduction in discount from 20 to 30 to 50 to 70 but you have to send the item back. They make money because most people realize they got scammed and just lose the $30. I complained to PayPal. I couldn’t report the Facebook because I can no longer find the ads.
