I am disputing a Zelle transaction totaling $296 related to a vacation package purchase. We made payment based on representations that the payment would secure the vacations. After payment was sent, the company began requesting multiple additional unexpected fees ($75, $99, $29, etc.) that were not disclosed upfront as part of the original agreement. Due to these changing terms and continued demands for additional payments, we believe we may have been misled regarding the true cost and nature of the transaction. We are requesting review of this transaction for possible fraud, misrepresentation, or scam activity and would like to know what recovery or dispute options are available.
