I purchased a bag (1) Maison de Sabre for my niece for her graduation (the snap soft tote, sandstone Lily) order:******** for $429.00 on March 23. Two boxes were delivered with the same P.O. numbers. I was charged on my ** for two bags, one charge was reversed. I have tried many times to have a return authorization to return the extra bag. Now I received a letter from ** that they are recharging the 2nd bag. A total scam! I have no way and no energy to keep fighting with these scammers. I'm 80 and I learned how it feels to be ripped off. I do have a bag...but the quality is horrific! Thanks for listening. Any advice?
