Mainstreet Renewal currently has 212 properties listed on Zillow. What they are doing is collecting application fees from people looking for a place to rent out and not given the property to anyone. They will leave the property on Zillow for a couple of months and then take it off. Eventually they will add the property back on Zillow collecting more application fees. They won't let you know if there's anyone else that is applying for the property. Their application fees are $50 per person. They're also collecting biometric information.
