I purchased a tool set online. It looked to be legitimate, as they sent me a tracking number, however, it originated from China. I watched it and it said it arrived in the US and was in customs. A couple of days later, it said that it was at my post office. A day later, out for delivery, but never received item

I contacted their customer service department and they told me that it was delivered, however, it was not. After that, I requested a refund, which they told me that they processed and would be credited to my credit card in 3-5 business days. Never received. I reached out once again, they told me that there was an error in the transaction and they would try again

Two weeks later, still not there. I contacted the customer service department and told them that I was reporting their business to you.
