I was approached by MailDail.com on Friday, March 23rd via email to apply for the position Logistic Manager. I thought it sounded like a good job and was excited to start. I thought it was fishy but the company had no bad reviews online or employee complaints. I started my 30-day probationary period on April, 10th under the impression, I would receive 2150 plus a 50 travel compensation. Everything was fine during that 30-day period. I think I processed about 13 packages. I never received anything I would find suspicious. I received a couple of vacuums, makeup, and some replacement iPhones. My supervisor Ms. *** was kind and we even had a pretty good relationship. Now on May, 10th is when I should have been paid for my work, I had told payroll, Ms. ***, that I wanted to receive my check direct deposit and gave her the necessary paperwork to ensure I would. She told me to verify with her 3 days before the end of my probationary period that I wanted to receive my check via direct deposit. So May, 10th comes around and I don't have anything deposited in my account. That was a Thursday so I figured it might not show up until Monday. Monday came and I had still not received my paycheck. I contacted payroll and asked why I had not been paid yet. She told me to look under my account on my CRM. Which said I should have gotten paid on May, 10th. I advised her of that and she told me my check was coming through the mail via USPS and would arrive for 3-5 business days. I was confused since I asked for direct deposit but just thought maybe it was an error she had made and wrote it off as that. This whole time after my 30-days I am also waiting to hear from HR whether or not I will become full time. Still, at this point, I am giving MailDail.com the benefit of the doubt. It had been about a week or so and I still hadn't been paid or told if I was going to be offered full time. I contacted payroll again when it had been about 7 business days after my check should have been sent out that was on May, 18th, this last Friday, letting her know I have still not received my paycheck. It is now Monday, May 21st, and I have not heard back from anyone. Also last Thursday, May, 19th I decided to sign back into my CRM to chat with my supervisor about the issue because she had advised me what to do when I first started having issues. When I tried to sign in it said that the system was down and that it would not be up until the next day so I tried to sign in the next day and again it said it would not be available until the next day and has been pushing back to the next day since the 19th. My fianceé and I are thinking about consulting a lawyer about the issue. Its safe to say I am very disappointed. I have bills that need to be paid and have no money to pay them with because I was lied to and used by a company. Please do your research before starting any company, check the BBB. Don't make this mistake.

They pretend to hire you as a logistic manager so you can accept packages and ship them for them they dont pay you

I was hired by MailDail on March 27, 2018. I was hired as a Logistics Manager with a starting wage of $2150.00 a month plus $50 bonuses each month. I received some packages from MailDail and picked up packages from Best Buy. I would take a picture of the contents of the packages (inside and out) then I would upload the photos in the CRM SYSTEM and let my supervisor know that I have emailed her the pictures. Then I would wait an hour or two for the shipping label. Once I get the shipping label I would take the package to either USPS, UPS or FedEx; get a receipt and take a picture of the receipt and email it to *** *** (My Supervisor). Well, I was suppose to have been payed on May 4, 2018 by direct deposit to my bank account. There was no Check deposited at all. I have email payroll (*** ***) and no answer. I also email *** *** and still no answer. I also tried to get a hold of a gentleman named *** ***; he is the one who hired me. I just was wondering if there is any possibility that I can get my paycheck from MailDail.
