A salesman from Mailbox Media came to my door and pitched the story that he was down on his luck, turning his life around and was building points through magazine sales. I told him I would help him out and elected to buy the minimum (which he told me earned him 300 points and cost me $198. I elected to have Magazines provided to VA). I went on Spring Break for a week and thought I should check out the company as it smelled like a door to door sales scam. Sure enough, I read multiple complaints. I don't if the magazines will ever be delivered to the VA, but reading all of the complaints, I don't care.... I just want my money back. I will be contacting my bank to put a stop payment on the check.
