I was served an ad on instagram and followed the link for the product to the magzretail.com site. I made a purchase and received order confirmation via email. After three weeks, there had been no updates to my order tracking so I reached out via email requesting an update. I was asked to refer to the order tracking feature on their site and was assured the item would arrive soon and they apologized for the delay. I continued to check in via email and eventually found that the order tracking feature on the site was no longer available. I requested a refund and was ignored. The phone number provided goes directly to a message saying their representatives are unavailable.

The "company" emailed me an order confirmation on 04/09 and said my order would be shipping soon. The following week, the "tracking" showed that my shipment was in transit. On 05/14 (over a month after the order was placed), they told me it would be 5-7 business days for my order to arrive. It has now been more than 2 months and I haven't received anything and their "tracking" page is now blank.

I have now emailed them a total of 9 times asking for a refund and I have only received responses 3 times. The phone number they list has an automated message that is useless. It has been 10 days since I received any response to my emails.

Placed an order and received an email stating my order had been processed. A few days later they sent an email stating my order has been shipped. It's been about 3 weeks since I got the message and I still have not receive a tracking number. I have contacted them via email and phone to resolve the issue and no one has responded to any of the two methods of contacts.

I buy item to them last march and then send me a fedex tracking number 396312 but the item delivered on a wrong address. I contact them to delivered again they tell me they will refund me $4 for the item and delivered again for free. But until now they tell me 5-7 days the item will delivered, almost 3 months nkw the item i did not received.

scammer advertised shoe storage containers. it took several weeks for the order to ship; once it shipped, it shows being delivered to an address in California - I live in North Carolina. There is no number to call and email address provided is unresponsive.
