I wanted a trial bottle. They do not send you ?????????? bottle for 4.95. They do not disclose monthly subscription price in terms and conditions and never sent a conformation email stating I purchased it and the trial length time. Now the charge me 89.99 and 88.99 after the supposed time frame and said it is the cost of the bottle I have. This is a scam do not use

Saw add on ***, went to website and saw free trial for hair growth pills and I went to the website and it seemed kinda weird but I wasn’t sure so I put in card info and shipping information and it said couldn’t confirm so I didn’t think anything of it till I got the pill bottle in the mail I’m waiting to see if I’ll be charged the 89$ since it had been past the fake cancellation date

Scam!! This company sold me hair tablets for $4.95, that I agreed to, but was also charged an additional $1.95, not sure for what since it had free shipping. I canceled right away because I thought that was shady. I received a confirmation email, but when prompted to enter a code as step 2, it wouldn’t except the code. After the cancel confirmation email they kept my money, didn’t refund it, and mailed me the product. I tried calling the phone number from the billing invoice, that came with the item, in the box. All the numbers are disconnected or not in service. The email address don’t match from the invoice, website and off the product label. Others on yelp reported 20 days after the first charge their card was charged $89, $275 an so on, without their permission. I had to cancel my bank card. I’m going to try and send the product back.

These people sold money out of my account without my consent then my bank told me they are about to take some more out or have previously taken money out before and it was a total of $90

was told that I was getting a 14 day supply for free to try but I received a 30 day supply. When I went to return the item to get my money back I was told I can’t return an open bottle. How can you try an item for 14 days without opening it when they send you a 30 day supply?

The company claims they will only charge $4.95 for shipping and handling for a free trial of hair growth supplements but ended up charging me $7.05. Also, I have contacted them twice to cancel the auto subscription and a full refund of $90.02 for a product that I have yet to receive. Furthermore, they will not respond to my requests and have also charged me an international transaction fee of $2.70 when their corporate headquarters are located in my area.
