On November 29, 2024 I ordered magnacraft blocks as a Christmas gift. I paid by Visa and the bill was paid in full by my next statement. I ordered the blocks and a few extra pieces and a cheap warranty plan. On December 2, 2024. I received notification via email that it had been sent. On December 20 and again on December 27, I received an email after complaining assuring me that the order was shipped and on its way still...... I never recieved anything. We went out of town in January, 2025 and when we came back my husband had a medical emergency and I never did complain or dispute the charge to my credit card company and now it is too late. I had been reading on trustpilot other complaints but many who had ordered earlier in the fall did recieve their blocks but it took a very long time.

I ordered these blocks for my son for Christmas in November 2024. I received confirmation emails and receipts. I also received an email in early December saying they were experiencing heavy volume and the order would take a little longer to receive. I then received an order and shipping tracker number. Clicking on the tracking website showed YanWen as the delivery company and a status update. However, this status never changed. I received the following email from the company unprompted, "Thank you for your recent order with MagnaCraft. We wanted to inform you that our store is currently undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable. Rest assured, your order is still being processed and is on its way. If you have any questions, need assistance, or would like to check on the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected]. Please note that we’re currently receiving a high volume of emails, so it may take a little longer than usual for our team to reply. However, we’re working hard to respond as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time."

In mid-December I emailed to ask about the expected delivery date and received this message on 12/21, "Thank you for your order and your patience during this busy holiday season. Due to the high volume of orders, we sincerely apologize for the delay. You can expect to receive your order to be delivered soon. Thank you again for your understanding. Have a wonderful day!"

I got scammed obviously but w[censored]ding out hope it was real based on the email outreach and responses they provided. They went above and beyond as far as scammers go. I hope this report can help others. The money I lost was a lot! I then purchased something else for my son as a Christmas gift at the last minute :-(

Vendor had Black Friday sales advertised on facebook. Seemed like a legitimate vendor. Placed order on website, and received shipment confirmation for order. Later, received email that order was delayed indefinitely. Subsequently, vendor took down their website and is not responding to emails ([email protected]).

Ads all over socials, ordered 2 sets of magnacraft for my sons who love Minecraft. Days after ordering the site went down and they are unable to be contacted.

This website came from a targeted AD on social media. With Black Friday deals, I ordered toy products for my child [censored]iday presents. The company sent multiple emails with verification of purchase, as well as an order number and tracking number. I have not received the product, or a refund, and their website has now been down for several days.

I saw an ad for this product on instagram and purchased a Black Friday deal. I receive an order confirmation email after placing my order, and an update after my items shipped. The tracking site that the shipment email contained, however, contained very little helpful information, simply stating that the items were "in transit" from China and did not contain an estimated arrival date. About 9 days after my order, on Dec 12, I received an additional email that state the following:

Thank you for your recent order with MagnaCraft. We wanted to inform you that our store is currently undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable.

Rest assured, your order is still being processed and is on its way. If you have any questions, need assistance, or would like to check on the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us anytime at [email protected].

Please note that we’re currently receiving a high volume of emails, so it may take a little longer than usual for our team to reply.

However, we’re working hard to respond as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.

I emailed the support email noted in this update and requested an update on my order and have not received a reply. The website is still down, and I do not believe I will receive the product I ordered.

I purchased these magnetic blocks for my grandchildren and nephew for Christmas on November 29 and again on December 2 (after receiving email). I received a confirmation email, they charged card, received shipping email but could not follow tracking, and then received email that their store was undergoing maintenance and will be temporarily unavailable. The site is no longer up and after researching this I believe it is a scam.

They are drop shipping from somewhere with no actual information. As soon as you buy it says it’s waiting in Chicago but that was 3 weeks ago, the company is based in London and when I emailed to asked to cancel the order they said it was popular but on the way, they gave me the same tracking as before. No movement. No info. They are a scam
