26 July 2020 is when I purchased a 6' black USB A to USB C cable from MagLink.com. The only reason I even knew about this company/product was from watching a popular YouTuber (Unbox Therapy). He was promoting the cable on one of his videos which now seems to have disappeared (deleted possibly). After some back and forth with emails the first being pleasant by being welcomed into the MagLink "family". To then asking when the projected date of receiving my MagLink cable and at first getting the COVID excuse for having delays which I felt was possible. Ultimately to getting an actual estimated delivery date sent via email after a few inquiries made prior of September 15th - 17th 2020. I was of course excited, but those days came and went and nothing at the APO here in Germany. I then sent several more emails to follow to absolutely no avail. It's like they still had their site open to receive money, but never planned on sending out their actual products. These are the facts as I know them. Thank you.
