I placed on online order 2/19/25. I waited 2 weeks to received package. When package not received, I sent email to [email protected]. I got no response. From website magick.com I found [email protected] and would be contacted within 24hr. I submitted this email on 3/6/25. It is 3/10/25 and I have not received any emails or call backs. When I call ###-###-####, it will transfer and either disconnect the line or allow me to leave a message. Twice I got disconnected. Once I left a message, and still have not received any communication from this business.

It’s tricky dealings Search for reviews about Magick.com & don’t order from them Magick.com policy seems to be Oreders are processed 5 business days Mon-fri except on holidays or large sales events Same 30% sale everyday Same sale 30% My first time shopping with them and definitely the complete last Never experienced this type of transaction with a company ever Their customer policy is to make the customer wait for the order until either you forget or give up.on the order As soon as the order is placed the money is subtracted from the account Magick.com does not wait for shipment to bill the account .That also was a red flag Isabel is who corresponds with emails with no real information about solving the matter only wait wait wait.

Placed an order 12/26/24 because of their sale and claim on the website that they are 99% hassle free orders via Trusted Site badge. Due to the sale, their policies stated their regular shipping of 5 (assuming business)days from order would take additional time which was understandable. My credit card was immediately charged. On 1/6/25 I sent an email to the posted email on their website. In the meantime, I searched online for reviews of this business and discovered on trustpilot.com and this website that hundreds of customers have experienced the same issues, some of them waiting many months without resolution. To ensure I am not outside of my credit card fraud reporting window, and considering I cannot get through to magick.com, I contacted my credit card company. Magick.com has my money and is non-responsive. I’d probably wait longer but when I discovered the hundreds of people scammed by this company, I’m not waiting and will purchase elsewhere. It’s very disappointing that a company claiming 99% hassle free orders that has scammed so many people out of their hard earned money continues to cause harm.

Purchased from Magick.com and order was confirmed August 5th, 2024. On August 8, 2024 order proclaimed it shipped out but the month of August it said USPS was waiting for the product in Hawthorne, CA. I reached out at the end of August and no response. I reached out a few more times and finally the end of September was told they had just switched systems but could give me a refund. I asked for a refund September 30th.nothing processed the month of October for a return so I contacted them November 4 and 12.

I went online and saw that this website has done this to multiple people. The product is not received by USPS and then gets stuck in Hawthorne, CA where people don't receive their orders. They also mention the same excuses of a system change or backed up orders if anyone answers them at all.

I orderd 3 times from this company the first 2 times i message the spport line an a girl named isabel called me a lier an message me very rude things an that my order was on the way it had been 10 days an it hadnt even shipped yet an shouldve been on its way you cant get hold of anyone but this isabel person an make a complaint shes only one you can get in touch with an shes not help ful but rude to the customers now after waitin 2 other times for my items now ive tried once more to acrually try to wait on my items an its been a month now still no items i orderd an ive tried this 3 times .

Place the order online in early April after a few weeks of no updates reached out, then received an email that it was on the way which was back in May and after week after week of reaching out via phone and email to check on the order progress consistently received the same automatic response via email, there is no voice message that you can leave via voicemail if you need supportand it seems to only be an automated response from the same person when you reach out. I have tried for almost 5 months to receive my package after about three times over the last few months of them stating it would be here in three weeks. Order was placed on April 5. Last updates from an actual person that was May 24. They provided me a 5% discount for my issues however I have not received a response since with multiple outreaches via email and phone and I still have not received my package. I have read that multiple people have been dealing with this issue as well so I wanted to make a case.

The scammer is linked to an app name shop. Their site is called magick.com, where they sell books, jewelry, tarot cards, and other magical effects. Over a month goes by, there is no shipment. When contacted, the scammer refuses to respond. I saw reviews on their own page from countless others who had similar experiences. The scammer takes the money, but never ships the goods.

My order never shipped. I contacted customer service 9 business days after I placed my order asking why it hasn't shipped and was told they need additional processing time due to their 30% off sale (which I noticed has been going on continuously; every day is a "sale").

I messaged them again 3 weeks after I placed my order "Is there a portion of my order that is ready for shipment? I would like those items shipped immediately and the remainder of my order cancelled. If not, cancel the order." They sent me a tracking number, which still says that only the label has been created, along with this "Your order is currently processing and might have been shipped out already. In case order has not been shipped out would you like to keep for an additional 5% off? ". That message was April 30 and today is June 6th. My bank refunded the money but I want to warn others.

I made a purchase, two months went by without receiving the product or a reason why it was delayed. When I reached out to the company they have vague answers and promises to look into the order. When I emailed again requesting a refund I was issued a partial refund of $17 out of the $97 I paid with zero explanation or further contact from the company.
