Then the shipping company is dvftrack.com. They say it will take about 3 to 4 weeks for item to arrive, which is unexpectedly long, but they say you can't cancel or get a refund. Then, they offer a 35% refund. IF you insist and threaten them, they say you will get a full refund. Right now I am waitingn for my refund. I should get it in 10 days. for a total of $27.50
