I contacted this company for a house cleaning service with an add on of deep clean, 2 ceiling fans, refrigerator, oven, windows, and pet hair. The estimate was $370 with a new customer discount it would be $340. When they arrived they seemed confused about the add on’s I mentioned, like cleaning the refrigerator. I was home alone with my 4 month old baby I had to attend to so I allowed them to clean without disruption. Only two hours later they say they are finished and need me to walk through with them. Well this “walk through” was not appropriate. One cleaner was already outside while the other one was quickly gathering her last things as she was asking me questions about my crying baby in my arms. She then quickly asked “ok” and left. As soon as they left I continue walking through my home actually looking at details as I’m no longer being distracted by the cleaner and I’m noticing obvious signs of my house not being cleaned. I immediately reached out to the company indicating I had concerns and sent numerous photos and videos of the state of my home. They refused to acknowledge the photos and videos and even claimed “photos don’t tell the whole story”. The photos of my house being dirty directly after a cleaning company just “deep cleaning” my house tells you exactly what you need to know. Despite me notifying the company that specific items on my invoice were not completed (such as a fan being cleaned) they still proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount. I have since then been trying to get either a refund or a new crew to come perform the service I paid for and they have refused. I finally have agreed to a partial refund of the deep clean and ceiling charge but when they sent the email over the refund amount was not correct according to their prices on their website. My house was not cleaned by this company and their policies and practices are predatory. They took advantage of me, the customer, being home alone with a baby, did not complete the service they were hired for, then distracted and deflected from this obvious truth. The resulting customer service was as since been disrespectful and slightly threatening in an attempt to discourage me from following through. One of their offered solutions was “the cleaners can come back to your house to talk to you”. I feel like I’ve been scammed by this company. They send out people who don’t complete the service then still charge you full price and won’t remedy the situation in a reasonable way.
