Stacy (real name?) called saying her doctor had denied the transfer of her prescriptions from ***. She has never used *** for her prescriptions. She uses Magellan online for her prescriptions. Stacy mentioned she was calling from Magellan. Stacy asked immediately for her birthday and address and eventually a CC #. Stacy mentioned 3 specific prescriptions, but our caller has never had these prescriptions. The phone # on her caller ID was 1 digit short.
